Order Booking

In order to proceed with the booking of your order, we kindly request certain details from our valued clients. These details include:

  • Your full name and Instagram handle (if applicable).
  • Order specifics, such as the product name, quantity required,
  • and a picture from our page.
  • Your preferred completion date for the order.
  • Your preference for self-pickup or delivery.
  • Delivery address and pin location.
  • The name and active phone number of the recipient.

Upon receiving these details, we will share the total payable amount with you. To confirm your order, full payment is required.

You have the option to make the payment either in cash or through online transfer. Please ensure that you share a proof of payment at the time of booking your order. It's important to note that we have limited order availability, and reservations are not possible without payment.

Please bear in mind that the order will only be confirmed once the payment is received. The design and production process will commence immediately thereafter. Any delay in payment may result in a corresponding delay in the committed delivery date.

For non-personalised items, the order process begins immediately upon booking and cannot be altered once it is confirmed.

Bespoke Design Service

At Bokx An Ode, we proudly offer bespoke design services tailored to meet our clients' unique preferences and budgetary considerations. To initiate this collaborative process, a non- refundable design fee is applicable and must be paid in advance. This fee serves as the initial step to commence the sharing of our creative vision.

The fee encompassing a one-time sampling experience. It's important to note that the physical sample, while not sent to the client, is meticulously showcased in a detailed video, remaining the exclusive property of our company.

To ensure a seamless and timely execution, a minimum order quantity is established, and we kindly request that bookings be made at least 12 weeks in advance out of which print and production process requires an additional 4 weeks.

To better understand your preferences and aspirations for the design, we provide a comprehensive questionnaire. This tool assists us in aligning our creative direction with your vision. Subsequently, our dedicated creative team will present their ideas for your consideration.

Upon your approval of the proposed concept, our creative team will craft a preliminary sketch, seeking your final order quantity to generate a detailed quote. Upon issuance of the invoice, an advance payment of 75% is required to initiate the production phase.

It is essential to note that our quoted prices are valid for one week, and they are subject to change without prior notice. Furthermore, all designs and artworks conceived for bespoke projects, or any other purpose, remain the exclusive property of Bokx An Ode, retaining their proprietary status.

While we take pride in showcasing our work on our Instagram page, website, and in-store displays, we respect the privacy of our clients. Upon specific request, we are committed to blurring out personal details to uphold the confidentiality and exclusivity of each bespoke design.

The artworks created by our team is intended for exclusive use with our brand and should not be used in any other way or sent to other brands without our permission. We kindly ask that you respect our rights to these bespoke creations.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to the privilege of creating a bespoke masterpiece that reflects your individual style and preferences.

Personalised and Tailored Texts

For orders that involve personalised and tailored texts, we have implemented a systematic approach to ensure precision and meet our clients' expectations. To proceed with the production of your order, we require the following information.

Complete content submission is crucial within a 24 hours timeframe. Any missing details anticipated for addition at a later stage may potentially extend the delivery timeline. Additionally, comprehensive details of the event or announcement in typed form are necessary. Content can be shared through WhatsApp, MS Word, or PDF documents; however, formats such as JPEG, handwritten content, or images are not accepted.

Upon sharing the content digitally for approval, we encourage clients to engage in a thorough proofreading process, examining details such as names, numbers, and dates, also typo errors and spell checks. Any necessary changes should be promptly communicated. Once satisfied with the content, notifying us allows us to proceed with printing and production.

The order processing time begins when the client approves the digital design with personalised content. It's essential to note that production timelines will not be expedited if there are delays on the client's end. Furthermore, changes are not possible once the production phase has commenced. Should a reprint or reproduction be necessary, charges will be equivalent to those of the original order.

The final delivery date is confirmed upon the client's approval of the content for production. The production timeline is at least 4 weeks from the approval of the final sample. It is important to understand that we cannot expedite this timeline. Any delays in content approvals will inevitably impact the committed delivery date.

In contrast, for non-personalised items, the order processing commences immediately upon booking. Details and quantities cannot be altered once the order is confirmed; however, requests for quantity increases are subject to team approval.

This structured and transparent approach ensures clarity, accuracy, and adherence to committed timelines. We appreciate your cooperation in facilitating a seamless production process, and we are committed to delivering an exceptional and personalised experience for every order.

Printing and Handcrafting 

Printing on textured cards may result in slight colour variations due to weather, heat, and other natural factors. Additionally, differences in colour calibrations of printers and the quality of imported stock paper can affect the final print. Please understand that while we strive for consistency, 100% accuracy in matching colours or achieving Pantone colour prints cannot always be guaranteed due to certain limitations of resources in Pakistan.

Our products are handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, and because they are not mass-produced, there may be minor inconsistencies in the finish. Additionally, printing at different times or on different days can lead to slight colour variations, which are beyond our control.

The dyeing process, especially dip dyeing, can sometimes result in slight colour differences due to the nature of the technique. While we aim for uniformity, these subtle variations are part of the handmade charm and uniqueness of our products.

If the original components are unavailable, we reserve the right to replace any items, materials, or paper used in the original sample with the closest possible match. However, we assure you that we never compromise on quality.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters, ensuring that we can deliver the best quality products to you.

Gift Wrapping Service

For a seamless gift wrapping experience, please drop off your items at our studio. Notify us via WhatsApp for a personal drop- off, ensuring our staff's availability. Order processing begins once we have received all your items.

Please share details and pictures of your items in advance, and be available for coordination. Following strict instructions, your items are received as is, and packages are only opened upon your direction. We take pictures of your items upon receiving and opening them, ensuring their safe arrival.

To safeguard your valuables, kindly avoid sending expensive items via courier services. Coordinate with us for courier- delivered items, and your items will remain untouched unless directed otherwise.

While we do our best to ensure your items' safety, we want to emphasise that we cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses before reaching us, delays, or mishaps during transportation as they are beyond our control.

Gift Ensembles

For our signature gift ensembles, we aim to keep the pricing consistent if your presents match the size and quantity showcased on our Instagram page or website. In case of variations, we'll adjust the price accordingly, a detail we can provide once we have your items due to the precision involved in the making of our ensembles.

Order processing kicks off when we have all the items for the ensemble. We prefer not to start our ensemble production based on estimated sizes to uphold the precision of our designs.

Kindly note that some of our products include fresh flowers. When placing your order, consider this to ensure the flowers remain fresh upon delivery. If there's a change in the delivery date, please inform us 72 hours in advance to avoid any additional charges.

For a smooth and safe delivery, our gift ensembles are available for self-pickup only. Feel free to check with our team beforehand about the ensemble's size to ensure a smooth pickup process that aligns with the capacity of your vehicle. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making each experience enjoyable.

Exchange and Refund

At Bokx An Ode, our commitment to providing the highest level of service is unwavering. While we trust you'll be pleased with your order, please note that we do not entertain returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Should you discover a fault in terms of quality or workmanship, kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Our Quality Department will promptly investigate and respond. If a fault is found, we may offer an exchange or store credit. To initiate a claim, it's imperative to record a video while opening the parcel.

All customised orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, with refunds issued as store credit. However, orders, once confirmed, are not eligible for exchange, refund, or chargeback. Sale and ready-to-ship articles fall under this policy as well.

It's crucial to note that our return and exchange policy isn't contingent on personal preferences. Additionally, we don't provide a "refund" or "money back guarantee" on purchased items. Bokx An Ode reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or declined credit card payments.

Edible products, once delivered, cannot be returned or exchanged. Any damage to such items must be reported at the time of delivery for consideration.

Orders pertaining to tailored texts will be finalised and proofread by customers, after which reprinting or changes made will be executed at full price.

Orders containing edibles cannot be returned or exchanged. Incase of damaged edible products, the customer has to notify the company at the time of delivery otherwise the company will not be responsible for exchange and will not accept return of the product.

Shipping and Handling

We utilise third-party courier services for our deliveries. Shipping charges are applicable for both national and international deliveries and must be paid at the time or order booking.

The delivery date communicated to the client signifies the order completion and dispatch time from the studio. It's important to note that the delivery time span of the third-party courier service is beyond the responsibility of Bokx An Ode.

Once the shipping order is booked with a courier company, we relinquish responsibility for the parcel. Bokx An Ode disclaims responsibility for mishaps, damages, or delays during the delivery by the third-party courier service.

In the event of customs duties during delivery, the customer is responsible for paying them in full. Any checking by customs or at any point during transit is beyond our control and hence not the responsibility of Bokx An Ode.

For international deliveries, packaging is more extensive, involving additional cushioning and material. Packaging charges will be applied separately by Bokx An Ode. Shipping charges, however, are determined and collected by the third-party courier service.

For local deliveries, packaging charges vary depending on the product and are included in the delivery charges quoted. No packaging charges apply for local pickups.
